Offered for sale is a 1980-83 era Rode Carew game used bat.  This early 80s Louisville Sluggers is uncracked and displays a few ball marks and ball stitch impression on the right barrel.  In addition, there are some rack marks and blue ink transfer marks on the barrel.  There is a light coat of pine tar on the upper handle and Rod's correct uniform number, 29, is written on the knob. This bat is accompanied by an LOA from PSA (Taube).

Carew is one of the greatest pure hitters in baseball history with 7 AL batting titles and an AL MVP in 1977.  A HOFer and perennial AL All Star, a Carew gamer is a much have for any bat collector. .........................................................................................................................$695
